My Dad ate meat from a deer that walked on 2 legs - “CreepyPasta” Review by Josh
Hey, All Josh, here, this story was short and sweet but still a good one!
Christian Wallis was the author of this story. He has quite a few good r/nosleep posts. This story was based on what I believe is a disease in deer that causes them too unalive themselves. It’s called Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD), this causes damage to the brain and nervous system.
Premise of the Story:
A dad and son go out hunting and shoot three deer, one normal, and two not so normal. Two walked on two legs almost and only claimed two out of three. They bring the meat to a party and weird stuff starts happening even after the party.
Story:
The meat was used in the party as the primary meat, and while people are enjoying it weird stuff starts happening. First of which is the first death in the story, which is a guy who shoved a full beer can down his throat causing him to die. Then there are three or four other self-inflicted deaths to include an attempt by the dad. When the dad tries to unalive himself, they call for help, but who shows up will surprise you! Guys in chemical suits and take him away to get “help” he needs. Out of curiosity the kid goes out to the freezer in their backyard where he thinks the other deer meat would be. When he opens the freezer, it comes to life.
Final thoughts:
Overall, a short but good story! Took me the entire story to think about CWD as what they would refer to. To think tainted meat would cause people to unalive themselves is a scary thought!

Walked around like a human, look like deer but walks humanlike.
Why does the kid not get targeted by the disease?
He is a carrier of the disease which you find out at the end of the story.
Does his dad die?
Basically, mentally he is dead, even though he is living, but just talks to himself.
What is in the freezer that comes to life?
The deer meat knocks over the freezer and becomes this terrifying abomination.
