Calling all Paranormal Experts - Gear!

The Boo Bros (or Boo Crew to include the ladies!) are soon going on our first ghost tour in ~a month (check out the schedule tab!), what tools are worth us taking? I know some personally, but not ALOT, and don’t know if there’s a brand / source for gear that is known to be quality but maybe not a TON of money? Any and all info is helpful. Thanks!
